to the Rockies!

KC took off on a "boys" trip to Colorado last week to see the Rockies, Braves, and Indians. I sent him off with my camera and he brought back some pretty sweet shots (im currently going through all of them and adding some "photoshop touches" but here is a little preview. We also took a picture of the boy he had to leave behind (maybe he can go next year daddy!!)

I have been waiting for weeks to post these pictures because they are just so darn cute, but I had to wait because they were part of KC's Fathers day gift from Smith!!

Smith wants to be big already! He wants to stand, and sit up by himself. When I make him lay down he strains to sit back up and yells at me when I don't pull him up to standing position. Today I got such a kick out of it I had to show you what he can do!

For those of you who dont know my niece Samantha, she has recently given Cancer the boot and is one strong, and beautiful little girl! I was excited to be able to take her pictures for her birthday invitations and I got a little emotional while I was editing these just thinking about all this little girl has been through. She is our families proof that faith proceeds the miracle. She is turning 2 at the end of this month!!!

Now that I know he is cute for sure...

I know that my baby is the cutest on the planet, but he has his days! This was one of them, and it was not a pretty one. I was laughing soooo hard. He was a couple weeks old in this video and still had "newborn face". I know its sideways but I dont know how to turn it...

This makes me look like such a bad mom (especially when I bonk his head with the camera), but I HAD to post it! 

I know its almost fathers day but...

I wanted to do a little tribute to all the great mommy examples in my life! It was so fun to be prego at the same time as my sisters, and now its even better raising our kids together! I have so many reasons to look up to my sisters and my own mom and so here they are in all their mommy glory!
