After going back and forth trying to decide if we really want to do this, we have finally decided to put our house up for sale. We LOVE our house, and this area, but its just time... we need to get into a home and there is no better time than now for us.so for those of you who are looking for an amazing townhome... here it is!
3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vaulted ceilings (which makes it feel huge) end unit, upgrades galore, and the best neighbors(and ward) in the world.

That's exiting for you! Do you guys have a house yet? We should get together before too long:)
My only advice would be not to buy till you sell. The market is lousy and you don't want to get stuck with two mortgages. So just be patient even if you find something you have to have.

What? You're leaving?? Too many people from your neighborhood have moved already! Just kidding- I understand how nice it would be to be in a home. Good luck on selling the townhome. You shouldn't have too much trouble- you guys have a great place. A lot of people will love it!

...not about the house, but I love your pictures! You have the cutest dang kid and it doesn't hurt that his mom is such a great photographer. I would LOVE to come to your workshop but I have to leave SLC Sat night for work. Anyway, love your blog. :)
P.S. Have you thought about renting out your place? Not sure if that would work out for you, but just a thought. Good luck with it all!
